The growth hormone peptides

Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, sermorelin, tesamorelin. How they nudge your body to make more of its own growth hormone, and the blood-sugar catch.

Growth hormone is what your body uses to repair, build and recover, and you make less of it every year after your twenties. The peptides in this lesson don't give you growth hormone. They ask your own pituitary gland, a pea-sized organ at the base of the brain, to release more of what it already makes. That's the whole point of the category, and why people choose it over synthetic growth hormone: your body's own safety limits stay in charge.
